La ética profesional y su influencia en la responsabilidad social de los trabajadores de la Empresa Imedia Comunicaciones S.A.C.

Abstract

Se considera a la ética profesional como el conjunto de facultades ligadas entre sí, por el accionar del individuo y/o profesional en base al desarrollo de este mismo en las organizaciones laborales así como en la sociedad misma del día adía, a través del comportamiento propio y su reflejo a la sociedad para dar a conocer puntos importantes y sus efectos en las organizaciones e instituciones con respecto al desarrollo del profesional como sujeto de estudio para deslindar sus aspectos más relevantes . Las organizaciones como tal son campos de desarrollo laboral en donde los profesionales serán los principales actores cuyo beneficio tendrá como consecuencia el dar facilidades a los integrantes de una sociedad para expandir sus alcances y demostración de valores morales en la ejecución de sus labores, pues como tal el profesional está con el deber de proporcionar el camino de estos para su desarrollo y bienestar colectivo. Sin embargo el intento de sobrellevar esta labor muchas veces contradictoria así mismos, en el hecho de carecer muchas veces de un beneficio mismo con respecto a los material, optará por salvaguardar sus principios ante todo acto impúdico a cuestionar. De tal manera surgen ciertos dilemas que pondrán a prueba el buen juicio y criterio propio del profesional derivando su accionar con el reflejo mismo de sus decisiones como acto de respuesta y sus consecuencias generadas, no solo como individuo solo, sino como parte de la organización y miembro de una sociedad, en la que se ve involucrado junto con el cargo de sus valores puestos a prueba muchas veces cuestionados por su entorno social. La responsabilidad social en los profesionales y las organizaciones, muchas veces dejado de lado por el fin en común del bienestar propio de los suyos o individualmente. En el profesional se da el caso propio del uso de sus facultades en base a su conocimiento adquirido, el regir el buen uso de este tratando de propiciar un accionar responsable, consiente y beneficioso para los suyos y la sociedad de su entorno muchas veces cuestionado al errar y dar como fin el accionar reflejado en su espacio demográfico Las organizaciones por el contrario, pero no muy distante asumen un rol mas expansivo, pero no lejano, pues el desenvolvimiento de estos invade consecuencias mucho más amplias, pues en su rol deben estar prestas a tomar responsabilidad de su actuar en manera positiva contribuyendo a los suyos en masa y al beneficio universal como el medio ambiente en su rol laboral. De este modo cada organismo y/o persona carece, como cuenta con hábitos y costumbres que formarán parte del rol responsable y tomar en cuenta el rendirlas de manera justa, consecuente y habitual para la buena cooperación de lo fundamental que se mueve en base a la ética profesional que es el asimilar el buen rol de los ya mencionados para generar similitudes en bases, profesionales orientadas al buen cumplir de estas facultades para el desarrollo de una sociedad, ciudad, nación hasta el punto de ser influenciadas en manera universal.

In this way, certain dilemmas arise that will test the good judgment and criteria of the professional himself, deriving his actions with the reflection of his decisions as an act of response and its consequences generated, not only as an individual, but as part of the organization and member of a society, in which he is involved along with the position of his values put to the test many times by his social environment. Social responsibility in professionals and organizations, many times put aside by the common goal of the own welfare of their own or individually. In the professional it is about the use of his faculties based on his acquired knowledge, the good use of this trying to propitiate a responsible, conscious and beneficial action for his own and the society of his environment many times questioned when erring and giving as an end the action reflected in his demographic space. The organizations on the contrary, but not very distant assume a more expansive role, but not distant, because the development of these invades much wider consequences, because in their role they must be willing to be responsible for their actions in a positive way contributing to theirs en masse and to the universal benefit as the environment in their work role. In this way each organism and / or person lacks, since it has habits and customs that will be part of the responsible role and to take into account to render them in a fair, consistent and habitual way for the good cooperation of the fundamental that moves based on professional ethics that is to assimilate the good role of those already mentioned to generate similarities in bases, professionals oriented to the good fulfillment of these faculties for the development of a society, city, nation to the point of being influenced in a universal way.
