La investigación titulada: Administración estratégica y desempeño laboral del personal de la gerencia de fiscalización y control en una Municipalidad de Lima – 2022, estableció el objetivo de: conocer la relación existente entre la administración estratégica y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área gerencia de fiscalización y control en una Municipalidad de Lima - 2022. Consideré las dos variables, donde la primera es la administración estratégica, la cual mediante los procedimientos pertinentes permite a la organización una mejor toma de decisiones y adaptación a cambios que pueden producirse en el entorno, la segunda es el desempeño laboral, el cual representa si los trabajadores están logrando sus objetivos de manera adecuada y si están mostrando el rendimiento y actitud correspondientes, el cual contribuye a la organización con el logro de resultados esperados.
