Participación de la micro y pequeña empresa (MYPE) en las contrataciones del Estado Peruano, en el año 2021

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación refiere al aporte del Estado Peruano a las Micro y Pequeñas empresas a nivel nacional, siendo que estas conforman 96% de la totalidad de empresas que se encuentran dentro de la formalidad y que contribuyen a la economía peruana en el período 2021; siendo importante precisar que, a raíz de la crisis causada por la COVID-19, las MYPES se vieron fuertemente afectadas; sin embargo, con la reapertura de la economía y la reactivación de los diferentes sectores, este importante y masivo sector empieza a recuperarse y por ende aumenta la porcentualidad de crecimiento.

Ahora bien, en el Perú existen más de Dos Mil Seiscientos (2,600) potenciales clientes, entre el Estado y las demás Entidades Públicas (Ministerios, Organismos Autónomos, Gobiernos Regionales, Municipalidades, etc.) que realizan contrataciones diariamente en distintos rubros (Servicios, bienes, consultorías y obras); los cuales brindan una gran oportunidad de negocio y posibilidad de crecimiento para las micro y pequeñas empresas.

En ese sentido, siendo un rol fundamental del estado asegurar las condiciones internas para un buen desarrollo de la economía y solucionar los diferentes problemas económicos de carácter nacional; es de suma importancia activar con eficacia mayores mecanismos que impulse y motive la participación de las MYPES en las Contrataciones Públicas.

This research work refers to the contribution of the Peruvian State to Micro and Small companies at the national level, since these make up 96% of all companies that are within the formality and that contribute to the Peruvian economy in the period 2021; It is important to specify that, as a result of the crisis caused by COVID-19, MYPES were strongly affected; however, with the reopening of the economy and the reactivation of the different sectors, this important and massive sector begins to recover and therefore increases the percentage of growth.

Now, in Peru there are more than two thousand six hundred (2,600) potential clients, between the State and the other Public Entities (Ministries, Autonomous Organisms, Regional Governments, Municipalities, etc.) that contract daily in different areas (Services, goods, consultancies and works); which provide a great business opportunity and growth possibility for micro and small businesses.

In this sense, being a fundamental role of the state to ensure the internal conditions for a good development of the economy and solve the different economic problems of a national nature; It is of the utmost importance to effectively activate greater mechanisms that promote and motivate the participation of MYPES in Public Procurement.
