Gestión tecnológica del ISO 38500 y su relación con la calidad de la educación en el CETPRO CORCOVADO 1ER SEMESTRE 2021

Abstract

Por mucho tiempo el acceso a la tecnología fue más un apoyo extra o una ventaja, pero en la actualidad, más que un beneficio es un requerimiento, puesto que su logro de diversas instituciones se fundamenta en su efectividad con la integración de sistemas automatizados a sus servicios, por lo que tener nociones de manejo de estas herramientas es importante para una vida futura. Se asumió como objetivo determinar si existe correlación entre la gestión tecnológica del ISO 38500 – 2015 2da. Edición y la calidad de educación del Centro Educativo Técnico Productivo (CETPRO) Corcovado 2021. El método fue cuantitativo, ya que se brindó la comodidad y adaptabilidad del estudio, donde se dispuso elaborar la investigación mediante un carácter básico no experimental, asimismo, se consideró una población de 24 docentes del CETPRO Corcovado utilizando la misma población como una muestra, se recolectó toda la información con apoyo del instrumento de la encuesta mediante un cuestionario conformado por 28 preguntas, vinculadas con las variables. Se empleó el SPSS versión 25, determinando que existe relación significativa entre la gestión tecnológica del ISO 38500 – 2015 2da. Edición y la calidad de la educación en el CETPRO Corcovado 2021. Esta afirmación pudo ser validada con la Correlación de Spearman tras analizar la información obtenida por el instrumento, resultando el p-valor de 0.000, lo que, según su ubicación en la escala de Spearman, la relación que existe es positiva alta. Por ende, se llega a entender que la gestión tecnológica mejora el nivel profesional que tienen los docentes, empleando los recursos tecnológicos dentro de las practicas docentes, facilitando la comprensión de la información a los estudiantes.

For a long time, access to technology was more of an extra support or an advantage, but currently, more than a benefit, it is a requirement, since its achievement in various companies is based on its effectiveness with the integration of automated systems to their services, so having notions of handling these tools is important for a future life. This investigation assumed the objective of determining if there is a correlation between the technological management of ISO 38500 - 2015 2nd. Edition and the quality of education of the Productive Technical Educational Center (CETPRO) Corcovado 2021. The method was quantitative, since the comfort and adaptability of the study was provided, where it was arranged to elaborate the research through a non-experimental basic character, likewise, it was considered a population of 24 teachers from CETPRO Corcovado using the same population as a sample, all the information was collected with the support of the survey instrument through a questionnaire made up of 28 questions, linked for each indicator of both variables. The SPSS version 26 statistical software was used, it was found that there is a significant relationship between the technological management of ISO 38500 - 2015 2nd. Edition and the quality of education in CETPRO Corcovado 2021. This statement could be validated with Spearman's Correlation after analyzing the information obtained by the instrument, resulting in a p-value of 0.000, which, according to its location on the scale of Spearman, the relationship that exists is positive high. Therefore, it is understood that technological management improves the professional level of teachers, using technological resources within teaching practices, facilitating the understanding of information for students.
