En el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Leasing financiero y rentabilidad en la empresa Grupo Nabla EIRL 2022. En el cual se empleó un diseño correlacional y de tipo no experimental transversal, donde la muestra estuvo constituida por 30 personas los mismo que son trabajadores de la parte administrativa, así como la parte de finanzas y contable. Se aplicó una encuesta tipo Likert la cual fue compuesta por 23 ítems 15 para Leasing Financiero y 8 ítems para rentabilidad. Para la validación de los instrumentos se aplicó Alfa Crobach, con coeficientes para leasing financiero es de ,847 y para rentabilidad es de ,751. Los resultados obtenidos que no existe relación entre leasing financiero y rentabilidad en la empresa Grupo Nabla EIRL en el distrito los olivos, 2022 con una significancia de ,155 el cual es mayor que el nivel de error 0,05 por lo tanto se acepta la hipótesis nula. La conclusión indico que no existe relación entre leasing financiero y rentabilidad en la empresa Grupo Nabla 2022.
The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between financial leasing and profitability in the company Grupo Nabla EIRL 2022. In which a correlational and non-experimental cross-sectional design was used, where the sample consisted of 30 people, the same as they are workers of the administrative part, as well as the part of finances and accounting. A Likert-type survey was applied, which was composed of 23 items, 15 for Financial Leasing and 8 items for profitability. For the validation of the instruments, Alfa Crobach was applied, with coefficients for financial leasing being ,847 and for profitability being ,751. The results obtained show that there is no relationship between financial leasing and profitability in the Grupo Nabla EIRL company in the Los Olivos district, 2022 with a significance of .155, which is greater than the level of error 0.05, therefore the hypothesis is accepted. null. The conclusion indicated that there is no relationship between financial leasing and profitability in the company Grupo Nabla 2022.
