MOTORES PERÚ S.A.C es una empresa automotriz, domiciliada en el distrito de La Victoria, donde ofrece diversas marcas de autopartes al mejor precio del mercado. Esta empresa nacional ha crecido gracias al esfuerzo de un equipo del trabajo y socios, buscando el crecimiento dentro del país. Dado que la empresa no desarrolla un adecuado control de los créditos concedidos a los clientes, al comparar los resultados del año 2016 y 2017 se ve un aumento de la cobranza esto afectando directamente la liquidez para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones, así como también se encontró personal no capacitado en el área de cobranzas y otorgamiento de créditos. Para esta investigación se hizo aplicación de elementos importantes como la reestructuración e implementación de mejoras en la política de crédito y cobranzas, esto permite demostrar la situación real para la toma de decisiones de la empresa.
MOTORES PERÚ S.A.C. is an automotive company, located in the district of La Victoria, where several autopart brands are offered at the best prices of the Market. This national company has grown thanks to the effort of a Work Team and Partners, looking for the country growth. Due to the company`s unadequate control development of the credits granted to the costumers, the comparison of the year 2016 and 2017 shows up an increase in the accounts receivable, this directly affects the liquidity for the fulfillment of obligations, as well as being found untrained staff in the Collection and Credit Granting Departments. For this research important aplication elements were used, like restructuration and implementation of improvements in the Credit Policy and Collection, this allows us to show the real situation for the decision making in the company.
