Relaciones humanas y el desempeño docente en una institución educativa, Comas, Lima, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre las relaciones humanas y el desempeño docente en una institución educativa, Comas, Lima, 2022. La investigación fue de carácter cuantitativo, el tipo de estudio fue considerado básico, el nivel de la investigación fue descriptivo y el alcance fue correlacional, utilizándose un diseño no experimental - transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 30 docentes de una institución educativa del distrito de Comas y la muestra es considerada censal debido a que la población y la muestra tienen la misma cantidad de integrantes. A estas personas se les aplicó 2 cuestionarios con una escala ordinal tipo Likert por medio de la técnica de investigación que lleva por nombre encuesta. La confiabilidad de los 2 cuestionarios se pudo comprobar con la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach donde la variable relaciones humanas indicó un valor de 0.948 y la variable desempeño docente un valor de 0.933, con lo cual se pudo comprobar que los instrumentos son altamente confiables para su aplicación. Los resultados que se obtuvieron han permitido concluir que si existe relación significativa entre las relaciones humanas y el desempeño docente en una institución educativa, Comas, Lima, 2022, basada la relación en una significancia (bilateral) de 0.000 el cual hizo aceptar la hipótesis alterna (H1) y rechazar la hipótesis nula (H0). El coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman alcanzó el de 0.700, con lo cual se concluyó que se presenta una relación positiva y alta.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between human relations and teaching performance in an educational institution, Comas, Lima, 2022. The research was quantitative, the type of study was considered basic, the level of research was descriptive and the scope was correlational, using a non-experimental - cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 30 teachers from an educational institution in the district of Comas and the sample was considered a census because the population and the sample have the same number of members. Two questionnaires with a Likert-type ordinal scale were applied to these people by means of the research technique called survey. The reliability of the 2 questionnaires could be verified with the Cronbach's Alpha test, where the human relations variable indicated a value of 0.948 and the teaching performance variable a value of 0.933, thus proving that the instruments are highly reliable for their application. The results obtained have allowed us to conclude that there is a significant relationship between human relations and teaching performance in an educational institution, Comas, Lima, 2022, based on a significance (bilateral) of 0.000, which made us accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the null hypothesis (H0). The Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient reached 0.700, which led to the conclusion that there is a positive and high relationship.
