Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el sistema de información y los procesos informáticos de ERP de la empresa Inversiones Maryan en la ciudad de Lircay Huancavelica 2022, lo cual se logró mediante el diagnóstico de la situación actual de los mismos, en el contexto operativo de la empresa y posteriormente, la significancia del sistema más idóneo, de acuerdo con los requerimientos encontrados.
Metodológicamente, fue un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico de nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Se aplicó un cuestionario con escala de Likert a la muestra seleccionada. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar deficiencias en el control de inventarios, los pedidos de ventas y demora en la emisión de facturas, por lo cual, una vez investigado el sistema de información en relación con los procesos informáticos ERP, se encontró las dimensiones del sistema de información relacionado con los procesos informáticos ERP, concluyéndose que, existe relación significativa entre el sistema de información y los procesos informáticos ERP.
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the information system and the ERP computer processes of the company Inversiones Maryan in the city of Lircay Huancavelica 2022, which was achieved by diagnosing their current situation, in the context of the company and subsequently, the significance of the most suitable system, according to the requirements found.
Methodologically, it was a study with a quantitative approach, basic correlational type, non-experimental cross-sectional design. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was applied to the selected sample. The results obtained allowed to identify deficiencies in inventory control, sales orders and delay in the issuance of invoices, for which, once the information system was investigated in relation to the ERP computer processes, the dimensions of the information system were found. information related to the ERP computer processes, concluding that there is a significant relationship between the information system and the ERP computer processes.
