La presente investigación buscó determinar la relación entre la Brecha Digital y el Gobierno Abierto en el distrito Jibito, Sullana 2022. Para dicho fin se estableció una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, del tipo descriptivo correlacional, con diseño no experimental y transversal. Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta con dos instrumentos para medir cada una de las variables de estudio, los cuales tuvieron una fiabilidad de 0.94 para la variable Brecha Digital y 0.951 para la variable Gobierno Abierto. Para la muestra se contó con la colaboración de 354 ciudadanos que forman parte de la población económicamente activa de Jibito. En los resultados se obtuvo una correlación muy fuerte y negativa (- 0.859, sig. < 0.05) entre la Brecha Digital y el Gobierno Abierto, indicando que a medida que disminuye la Brecha Digital, aumenta el Gobierno Abierto.
The present research aimed to determine the relationship between the Digital Divide and Open Government in the Jibito district, Sullana 2022. To this end, a quantitative research was established, of the correlational descriptive type, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The survey technique was used with two instruments to measure each of the study variables, which had a reliability of 0.94 for the Digital Divide variable and 0.951 for the Open Government variable. The sample consisted of 354 citizens who are part of the economically active population of Jibito. The results obtained a very strong and negative correlation (-0.859, sig. < 0.05) between the Digital Divide and Open Government, indicating that as the Digital Divide decreases, Open Government increases.
