La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo medir la relación del servicio de cloud computing con la productividad en la Consultora Silfersystem, 2021, por ello se empleó una metodología donde se tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo-correlacional y de diseño no experimental. La población constó de 24 trabajadores de la consultora Silfersystem y la muestra fue de manera censal. Asimismo, se aplicó una encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos y como instrumento se empeló el cuestionario, obteniendo como resultado que se confirmó la hipótesis alternativa con una correlación de Spearman de valor 0.902, lo cual se interpretó como positivo y fuerte. Finalmente, se concluyó que sí existe una relación significativa entre el servicio de cloud computing y la productividad en la Consultora Silfersystem lo que permite tomar las decisiones adecuadas en la adquisición de servicios cloud computing, ya que que al mejorar el uso de las aplicaciones de cloud computing se mejora la productividad en la Consultora Silfersystem, 2021.
The objective of this investigation was to measure the relationship of the cloud computing service with productivity in Silfersystem Consulting, 2021, for this reason a methodology was used where a quantitative approach was taken, of an applied type, descriptive-correlational level and non-experimental design. . The population consisted of 24 workers from the Silfersystem consultancy and the sample was census-based. Likewise, a survey was applied as a data collection technique and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, obtaining as a result that the alternative hypothesis was confirmed with a Spearman correlation of value 0.902, which was interpreted as positive and strong. Finally, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the cloud computing service and productivity in Silfersystem Consulting, which allows making the right decisions in the acquisition of cloud computing services, since by improving the use of cloud applications computing improves productivity at Silfersystem Consulting, 2021.
