Relación entre el acoso sexual y el delito de feminicidio en el distrito de San Martin de Porres - 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado en el tema del acoso sexual y su relación con el delito de feminicidio en el Distrito de San Martin de Porres - 2023, ya que ello es una problemática preocupante, pues los casos de feminicidio en el Perú van en aumento, a pesar de tener leyes que protejan los derechos de la mujer. El tema del acoso viene como obsequio de la cultura machista que tenemos, en nuestras encuestas veremos que 3 de cada 5 mujeres se han sentido acosadas en más de una oportunidad, algunas pueden tomarlo deportivamente “porque no queda de otra que aprender a vivir con ello”, sin embargo, otras mujeres se sienten ultrajadas en su honor, recordemos que el acoso no solo se da en las calles, sino en cualquier parte: el trabajo, el bus, un amigo, la familia, etc. El estudio está orientado a un diseño correlacional y para ello se utilizarán encuestas como instrumento de recolección de datos, contaremos con la participación de 2 fiscales, 2 jueces 2 abogados y 10 agraviadas, los cuales nos han brindado un panorama más claro de todo que viene sucediendo en nuestro país. Simplemente no podemos hablar de cifrar, sin mencionar nombres, porque si habláramos de estadísticas solo nos refiriéramos a números, pero ¿y ellas?, ellas que salieron y que jamás volvieron, ellas que dejaron a sus hijos con la abuela y hoy no están, ellas que fueron felices alguna vez y que después de conocer a un hombre violento su sonrisa no volvió a ser la misma. Hablamos del centro de Mujeres, y comisaria de la mujer, en los cuales se ha reportado casos de corrupción y sin interés de querer solucionar o brindar ayuda a las víctimas. Queremos invocar un llamado al respeto, toda mujer merece ser libre, vivir sin temor, vivir sin miedos, todos los días, vemos en la TV matanza de víctimas inocentes, que fueron masacradas dejando en la orfandad a hijos o dejando sin corazón a padres.

The issue of harassment comes as a gift from the macho culture that we have, in our surveys we will see that 3 out of 5 women have felt harassed on more than one occasion, some can take it sportingly "because there is no other option than to learn to live with it”, however, other women feel outraged in their honor, let's remember that harassment not only occurs in the streets, but anywhere: work, the bus, a friend, family, etc. The study is oriented to a correlational design and for this, surveys will be used as a data collection instrument, we will have the participation of 2 prosecutors, 2 judges, 2 lawyers and 10 aggrieved, who have given us a clearer picture of everything that is coming. happening in our country. We simply cannot talk about figures, without mentioning names, because if we were talking about statistics we would only refer to numbers, but what about them? They were once happy and after meeting a violent man their smile was never the same again. We are talking about the Women's Center, and the women's commissioner, in which cases of corruption have been reported and without interest in wanting to solve or provide help to the victims. We want to invoke a call for respect, every woman deserves to be free, to live without fear, to live without fear, every day, we see on TV the killing of innocent victims, who were massacred, leaving their children orphans or leaving their parents heartless.
