Violencia familiar y eficacia de la Ley N° 30364 en tiempos de pandemia – Lima 2020.

Abstract

Objetivo: Es establecer cuál es la relación existente entre la primera variable denominada violencia familiar y una segunda variable denominada eficacia de la Ley N° 30363 dentro de la coyuntura COVID19 en Lima durante el periodo 2020. Método: Se calificó como cuantitativo, de corte transversal, bajo un diseño no experimental, de tipo correlacional, asimismo, es importante señalar que la respectiva población estuvo conformada por 150, la muestra final fue de 25 abogados relacionados al derecho de familia. Resultados: Los encuestados en un 20% indicaron sentirse totalmente de acuerdo en que el entorno relacionado con la violencia familiar es un fenómeno el cual sigue incrementándose y va en constante aumento. Además, los encuestados en un 24% indicaron sentirse totalmente en desacuerdo en que se evidencie un alto grado de Eficacia de la Ley N° 30363 sobre contrarrestar la violencia familiar. Conclusiones: Se concluye que al considerar el resultado expuesto se evidencia que existe una relación considerada como inversa alta en concordancia con las variables propuestas de -0.603. Asimismo, se aprecia un sig. De 0.000 como consecuencia del resultado que arrojó el SPSS, y es menor al sig. Que figura en libros de 0.005, se acepta la denominada hipótesis alternativa: Existe relación significativa entre la violencia familiar y la eficacia de la Ley N° 30363 en tiempos de pandemia, Lima 2020. Por otra parte, el entorno de violencia en el ámbito familiar acontecido en el cercado de Lima ha aumentado significativamente en causar sufrimiento al padecimiento en las victimas según la Ley N.º 30364 en tiempos del COVID 19, por personas que han sido cercanas dentro de un mismo núcleo familiar ya sea por la conviviente, pareja o su ex y por consecuencia deciden en denunciarlos ante la policía nacional.
