Auditoría operativa y la gestión empresarial del hotel inversiones turísticas león EIRL

Abstract

La presenteñinvestigación tuvo como objetivo general conocer lañauditoría operativa yñsu relación con lañgestión empresarial en el hotel Inversiones Turísticas León EIRL del distrito la molina - lima, utilizando estándaresñderivados de las buenasñprácticas. La investigación fueñde tipoñcuantitativo, de nivelñdescriptivo, con unñdiseño deñcaso únicoñtransversal. La informaciónñpresentadañreferenteñalñHotel “Inversiones Turísticas León E.I.R.L” fue obtenida añtravés deñtécnicas e instrumentosñde investigación lañaplicación deñcuestionarios. La recolección deñdatos señdio en dosñetapas: La primerañconsistió al gerenteñgeneral de lañempresa, quien proporcionóñdatos respecto a lañhistoria, organización, oferta yñdemanda de la empresa; en lañsegunda etapa, se aplicaronñlos cuestionarios alñpersonal de lañempresa con el fin deñobtener resultados referidos a la gestión administrativa.

The objective of this research was to know the operational audit and its relationship with business management at the León EIRL León Tourist Investment Hotel in the district of la molina - Lima, using standardsñderived fromñgood practices. ñThe investigation wasñquantitative, descriptive, with añunique cross-sectional caseñdesign. Theñinformationñpresented regardingñthe Hotel “Inversiones Turísticos León E.I.R.L” was obtained through theñapplicationñof researchñtechniques andñinstruments. Theñdata collectionñtook place in twoñstages: The firstñconsisted of theñgeneral managerñof the company, whoñprovided data regarding the history, organization, supplyñand demand of theñcompany; In the second stage, theñquestionnairesñwere applied to theñcompany's personnel inñorder toñobtain results related to administrative management.
