Análisis de los estados financieros y toma de decisiones de la empresa Plastimedic S.C.R.L. en el año 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado ,tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto que refleja los estados financieros con respecto a la toma de decisiones gerenciales. La investigación ha tenido un nivel correlacional, se obtuvo información a través del análisis de los estados financieros, en específico se analizó las cuentas de estado de situación financiera y las cuentas del estado de resultados que se emplean en la empresa Plastimedic S.C.R.L. Para poder recolectar datos se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento de recolección de datos se empleó el cuestionario, aplicado al área de contabilidad y finanzas, esto sirvió como punto de partida para poder tener información sobre el grado de conocimiento sobre análisis y desarrollo de los estados financieros. De acuerdo con el cuestionario aplicado al personal del área de contabilidad, se determinó que la empresa cuenta con un 50% del personal que no tiene la experiencia suficiente para poder desempeñarse bien en su puesto, y como consecuencia los datos que se reflejan en los estados financieros tienes deficiencias en ciertas cuentas contables que afectan a la toma de decisiones gerenciales. Como resultado, se recomendó a la empresa Plastimedic S.C.R.L., capacitar a su personal con falta de conocimiento, la capacitación en análisis y desarrollo de los estados financieros permitirá al área de contabilidad y finanzas otorgar información confiable a la gerencia y la toma de decisiones serán mucho más asertivas que en años anteriores.

According to the questionnaire applied to the personnel of the accounting area, it was determined that the company has 50% of the staff that does not have enough experience to perform well in their position, and as a result the data that is reflected in the statements You have financial deficiencies in certain accounting accounts that affect management decision making. As a result, the Plastimedic SCRL company was recommended to train its personnel with a lack of knowledge, training in analysis and development of financial statements will allow the accounting and finance area to provide reliable information to management and decision-making will be a lot more assertive than in previous years.
