Análisis financiero y su influencia en la toma de decisiones gerenciales en la empresa Corporación Pro EIRL de Miraflores – Lima 2017 -2018

Abstract

El estudio: Análisis financiero y su influencia en la toma de decisiones Gerenciales en la Empresa CORPORACION PRO EIRL - Miraflores – Lima 2017 -2018. El presente objetivo es demostrar como el análisis financieros incide en la tomas de decisiones gerenciales en la empresa CORPORACIÓN PRO EIRL de Miraflores – Lima, durante 2017 -2018. El estudio realizado fue bajo este enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo. Se basó en un esquema no experimental y transversal. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 15 personas de la empresa involucrada en el tema. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta y análisis documentario; el instrumento el cuestionario y la interpretación del Estado Financiero. En la prueba de hipótesis,según los datos que arroja el SPSS el valor de significación asintótica es 0,037, si se compara con el valor establecido que es 0,05, rechazamos la hipótesis nula, aceptándose la hipótesis de investigación. Se llegó a la conclusión de que el análisis financiero como instrumento , incide directamente en las decisiones de CORPORACIÓN PRO EIRL - Miraflores – Lima, dicho instrumento es muy necesario para la toma de decisiones gerenciales, ya que al no poseerlo la empresa corre el riesgo de no conocer la posición financiera y económica, y por tanto, se tiene que evaluar periódicamente la rentabilidad y el crecimiento de la empresa para la toma de decisiones en la gerencia general.

The study: Financial analysis and its influence in the management decision-making in the Company CORPORACION PRO EIRL - Miraflores – Lima 2017 -2018. This objective is to demonstrate how financial analysis affects management decision-making in the company CORPORATION PRO EIRL de Miraflores – Lima, during 2017 -2018. The study was conducted under this quantitative approach, of descriptive type. It was based on a nonexperimental and transversal scheme. The population and sample consisted of 15 people from the company involved in the issue. The techniques used were survey and documentary analysis; the instrument the questionnaire and the interpretation of the Financial Statement. In the hypothesis test, according to the data produced by the SPSS, the asymptotic significance value is 0.037, compared to the set value that is 0.05, we reject the null hypothesis, accepting the research hypothesis. It was concluded that financial analysis as an instrument directly affects the decisions of CORPORATION PRO EIRL - Miraflores – Lima, this instrument is very necessary for management decision-making, since without owning it the company risks not knowing the financial and economic position, and therefore, it has to periodically evaluate the profitability and growth of the company for decision-making in general management
