Organización contable y el clima laboral en las pequeñas y medianas empresas, en la provincia de Huaura Huacho 2020

Abstract

La siguiente tesis estudia: Organización contable y el clima laboral en las pequeñas y medianas empresas, en la provincia de Huaura Huacho 2020. Se enmarca en la investigación básica, la organización contable es el conjunto de procedimientos encaminados hacia la obtención de eficiencia por medio de la regulación de los componentes humanos y materiales de la entidad. El "clima laboral" es el medio ambiente humano y físico en el que se desarrolla el trabajo cotidiano. Influye en la satisfacción y por lo tanto en la productividad. Se conceptúan ambas variables para su medición, análisis e indagación de la relación entre la organización contable y el clima laboral. Se exponen los datos descriptivos que indican una organización contable y clima laboral favorable. El trabajo de investigación se organizó en ocho partes cada uno con su correspondientes sub-partes, demostrándose de esta forma el estudio con todas las pruebas necesarias.

The following thesis studies: Accounting organization and the work environment in small and medium-sized companies, in the province of Huaura Huacho 2020. It is framed in basic research, the research class was descriptive correlational, the study method that has been used is The scientist, using the techniques of empirical observation, the organized survey and the required bibliography with all the requested logistics, in the data collection a form was built, containing quantitative premises of the variance of the research work, then the tool is interposed To collect information, the data is statistically analyzed using the SPSS version 26.0 computer program, for the diagnosis and representation of information it is displayed in tables and statistical figures and to finish it is concluded that the accounting organization considerably influences the work environment . The research work was organized in eight parts each with its corresponding sub-parts, thus demonstrating the study with all the necessary tests.
