Implementación del sistema intranet su incidencia en proceso gestión académica de la institución educativa “Alfonso Ugarte”, Paucartambo, Pasco 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en la Implementación del Sistema de Intranet y su Incidencia en el proceso de Gestión Académica de la Institución Educativa “Alfonso Ugarte” ubicado en el departamento de Pasco, distrito de Paucartambo desarrollando un eficaz manejo de la información, optimizando el tiempo en el registro de notas y horario académico del alumno de una manera eficiente, segura y rápida. El sistema de intranet es una tecnología eficaz y segura que facilita la búsqueda de información rápida y transparente. El objetivo es implementar este sistema de intranet que proveerá a la institución una herramienta fundamental para la gestión académica, produciendo progresos significativos que puedan ayudar al docente y alumno a mejorar un óptimo intercambio e interacción de contenido en la red de cómputo en la Institución Educativa “Alfonso Ugarte” Paucartambo, Pasco mediante el uso de la tecnología. Asimismo, mejoraremos y optimizaremos el proceso académico reconociendo las incidencias y brindando una mejora a nivel institucional.

The present research work consists of the Implementation of the Intranet System and its Incidence in the Academic Management process of the Educational Institution "Alfonso Ugarte" located in the department of Pasco, district of Paucartambo, developing an effective management of information, optimizing the time in the registration of notes and academic schedule of the student in an efficient, safe and fast way. The intranet system is an efficient and secure technology that facilitates the search for information quickly and transparently. The objective is to implement this intranet system that will provide the institution with a fundamental tool for academic management, producing significant advances that can help the teacher and student to improve an optimal exchange and interaction of content in the computer network in the Educational Institution "Alfonso Ugarte” Paucartambo, Pasco through the use of technology. Likewise, we will improve and optimize the academic process by recognizing incidents and providing an improvement at the institutional level.
