Auditoría tributaria y la gestión empresarial en Romicos Catering SAC, Lima, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar de qué manera la auditoría tributaria se relaciona con la gestión empresarial en Romicos Catering SAC, Lima, 2021. La metodología empelada fue basada en un enfoque cuantitativo; investigación tipo básica, nivel correlacional; se estudió a una población conformada por 18 colaboradores del área administrativa y contable de la empresa; no se utilizó muestra debido a que se pudo abordar a toda la población objetivo de la investigación. La recolección de datos se hizo con la técnica de encuesta y los instrumentos fueron dos cuestionarios elaborados con ítems cerrados, con escala tipo Likert, los cuales se aplicaron a la población objetivo de la investigación. Cabe mencionar que ambos cuestionarios fueron sometidos a validez de Juicio de expertos y lograron su aprobación; y también se calculó la confiabilidad con la técnica de consistencia interna del Alfa de Cronbach; cuyos coeficientes fueron 0,968 y 0,975 respectivamente en los cuestionarios para las variables auditoría tributaria y gestión empresarial respectivamente; lo cual indicó que los instrumentos eran altamente confiables. Se concluyó la auditoría tributaria se relaciona directamente con la gestión empresarial en Romicos Catering SAC, Lima, 2021, basado en un coeficiente de correlación fue 0,736; indicando una correlación directa y significativa alta entre ambas variables.

The objective of this research was to determine how the tax audit is related to business management in Romicos Catering SAC, Lima, 2021. The methodology used was based on a quantitative approach; basic type research, correlational level; a population made up of 18 collaborators from the administrative and accounting areas of the company was studied; no sample was used because the entire target population of the research could be addressed. Data collection was done with the survey technique and the instruments were two questionnaires made with closed items, with a Likert-type scale, which were applied to the target population of the research. It is worth mentioning that both questionnaires were submitted to the validity of the Expert Judgment and were approved; and reliability was also calculated with the internal consistency technique of Cronbach's Alpha; whose coefficients were 0.968 and 0.975 respectively in the questionnaires for the variables tax audit and business management respectively; which indicated that the instruments were highly reliable. The tax audit was concluded that is directly related to business management in Romicos Catering SAC, Lima, 2021, based on a correlation coefficient was 0.736; indicating a high direct and significant correlation between both variables.
