Análisis y Diseño de un Sistema Para la Gestión de Archivos de la Oficina de Normalización Previsional

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto tiene como objetivo el Análisis y Diseño de un Sistema Para la Gestión de Archivos de la Oficina de Normalización Previsional, en el cual se plasma los procesos actuales de la organización y en base de esos procesos se realiza el análisis y diseño de la solución para que por medio de este sistema de archivado se automatice los procesos y se reduzca tiempos modernizando la institución ya que el repositorio de archivos podrá ser consultado en línea sin necesidad de buscarlo en archivos físicos, este ahorro de tiempo y recursos es beneficioso para la empresa, luego de culminado el análisis y diseño el sistema involucra: realizar Control de Calidad, Solicitar Documentos, Atender Solicitud de Documentos. Para la ejecución del trabajo se usó las Metodologías: investigación Aplicada, investigación Experimental y RUP. Para desarrollar la aplicación se hará uso del sistema gestor de base de datos MySQL, y se usará el lenguaje de programación PHP. Con la aplicación desarrollada se logrará reducir los tiempos de ejecución de algunas actividades laborales, tiempos de consulta y análisis de la información; además de disminuir los riesgos de pérdida de información.

The objective of the following document is the analysis and design of a system aimed towards the “Gestion de Archivos de la Oficina de Normalización Previsional”. This project contains the current processes of the organization and taking this into consideration an analysis and design of the solution will be performed. Throughout the new system all processes will be automated and the amount of time will be reduced. By doing this, the institution processes will be modernized. This is because the file’s data base will be consulted online without the necessity of looking for its physical files. This amount of time and resources saved will benefit the company. After the completion of the analysis and design the new system will be able to handle the following tasks: Quality Control, Document Inquiring, and Document Processing. The following are the methodologies utilized for the execution of the project: Applied Investigation, Experimental Investigation, and RUP. To develop the application, MySQL and PHP will be used as data base and language programming accordingly. The final application will be able to reduce some job activities, time consuming, analysis of the information including the reduction of risk of data loss.
