Las herramientas financieras y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Reloza E.I.R.L. San Juan de Lurigancho 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación se enfoca en Analizar de qué manera las herramientas financieras influyen en la toma de decisiones de la Empresa Reloza E.I.R.L. San Juan de Lurigancho 2019, sosteniendo un arduo análisis y estudio acerca de las herramientas financieras de la organización, la metodología que se empleó de tipo básica, de nivel descriptiva correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, aplicó la técnica para recolectar información fue mediante la encuesta a 20 trabajadores de la empresa Reloza E.I.R.L. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que las herramientas financieras es un medio que ayuda a tomar decisiones oportunas y certeras con el objetivo que estas herramientas ayudan a cumplir los objetivos de la empresa, por último, se concluye que, las herramientas financieras influyen positivamente en la toma de decisiones de la Empresa Reloza E.I.R.L., de acuerdo con el valor (sig.) fue 0.000, el cual es menor a 0.05, se acepta la hipótesis alterna, por lo tanto, mediante la utilización adecuada de las herramientas financieras se realizarán decisiones oportunas y certeras durante la aplicación de las estrategias y procedimientos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa.

This research focuses on Analyzing how financial tools influence the decision-making of the Reloza E.I.R.L. San Juan de Lurigancho 2019, holding an arduous analysis and study about the financial tools of the organization, the methodology that was used of basic type, correlational descriptive level, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, applied the technique to collect information was through the survey of 20 workers of the company Reloza EIRL The results of the research show that financial tools are a means that helps to make timely and accurate decisions with the objective that these tools help meet the objectives of the company, finally, concludes that financial tools positively influence the decision-making of the Reloza EIRL Company, according to the value (sig.) was 0.000, which is less than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, therefore, by means of the Proper use of financial tools, timely and accurate decisions will be made during the application of strategies and procedures. measures for the fulfillment of the objectives of the company.
