Los delitos de cohecho y el presupuesto anual designado a la red prestacional de un hospital público, Lima, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los delitos de cohecho y el presupuesto anual designado a la Red Prestacional de un hospital público, 2021 ante la creciente ola de casos de corrupción y favorecimiento a ciertas entidades o personajes desde el interior de instituciones públicas. Es así como se desarrolló el estudio empleando una metodología con un enfoque cuantitativo, siendo una investigación tipo básica y de nivel correlacional, haciendo uso de un cuestionario de 16 preguntas como instrumento para la recolección de información. Este fue aplicado en una muestra de 35 funcionarios públicos de las áreas de logística, presupuesto, contabilidad y asesoría de la red prestacional de un hospital público. Tras aplicar el cuestionario en la muestra seleccionada, se pudo validar la hipótesis general H1, la cual señalaba que Los delitos de cohecho se relaciona significativamente con el presupuesto anual designado a la Red Prestacional de un hospital público, 2021, siendo el valor obtenido 0,834 en la escala de Spearman. Este se ubica entre los valores 0,7 y 0,9, por lo que toma como denominación “Correlación Alta”, lo que quiere decir que según la presencia de este tipo de delitos se dé en mayor cantidad de áreas o se vuelvan más frecuentes, la pérdida del presupuesto anual y por consiguiente de las oportunidades de implementar cambios positivos, serán mucho menores.

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between bribery crimes and the annual budget designated to the Prestacional Network of a public hospital, 2021 in the face of the growing wave of corruption cases and favoring certain entities or characters from within public institutions. This is how the study was developed using a methodology with a quantitative approach, being a basic type of research and correlational level, making use of a questionnaire of 16 questions as an instrument for the collection of information. This was applied in a sample of 35 public officials in the areas of logistics, budget, accounting and advice of the service network of a public hospital. After applying the questionnaire in the selected sample, it was possible to validate the general hypothesis H1, which indicated that bribery crimes are significantly related to the annual budget designated to the Benefit Network of a public hospital, 2021, being the value obtained 0.834 on the Spearman scale. This is located between the values 0.7 and 0.9, so it takes as a denomination "High Correlation", which means that according to the presence of this type of crime occurs in a greater number of areas or become more frequent, the loss of the annual budget and therefore of the opportunities to implement positive changes, will be much smaller.
