Sistema Web De Generación De Ticket De Atención De Incidencias Para El Área De Ceuci Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal 2017

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en el análisis, diseño e implementación de un sistema web de generación de ticket denominado re-ticket para el área de Ceuci de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal donde permitirá a los trabajadores de la institución reportar sus incidencias informáticas. El área de Ceuci tiene como objetivo ofrecer a los usuarios de la UNFV atención y ayuda en tecnologías de información; dando soporte a los recursos informáticos con eficiencia, en el menor tiempo posible. En tal sentido, el área de Ceuci debe: mantener un control de incidencias de los recursos informáticos de la UNFV. Actualmente, el área de Ceuci no lleva este control, es por esa razón que se requiere de un proyecto que permita la automatización de dichos procesos. Por ello se Implementará un Sistema web de generación de ticket para el proceso de atención de incidencias de hardware y software donde los propios usuarios de la institución tendrán la facilidad de reportar sus incidencias. Para el desarrollo del sistema se empleó el lenguaje de programación PHP, se utilizó la metodología RUP, como sistema gestor de base de datos (SGBD) se utilizará MySQL.

At present, the Ceuci area does not carry this control, it is for that reason that a project is required that allows the automation of these processes. For this reason, a Web System will be implemented to generate a ticket for the process of attending to incidents of hardware and software where the employees of the institution will have the facility to report their incidents. For construction, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology and the Unified Modeling UML language used by Rational Rose have been used. In the development of this web application we will use the PHP programming language and the database manager system in MYSQL.
