Auditoría financiera y la gestión de recursos humanos en una empresa textil de Gamarra-La Victoria-Lima-2020

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: Auditoría financiera y la gestión de recursos humanos en una empresa textil de Gamarra-La Victoria-Lima 2020, tiene como objetivo general conocer cómo la auditoría financiera se relaciona con la gestión de recursos humanos en una empresa textil de Gamarra-La Victoria-Lima 2020. Se considera por la auditoría financiera como la revisión y verificación exhaustiva de los estados financieros, cuentas y documentos contables de una empresa, con el fin de emitir una opinión técnica y profesional, la importancia del presente estudio es la información que se proporciona en el informe de la auditoría financiera comprende la identificación de la empresa auditada, así como la descripción de lo que abarca la auditoría y la opinión del auditor. Por otro lado, la gestión de recursos humanos consiste en planear, organizar y desarrollar todo lo concerniente a promover el desempeño eficiente del personal que compone una estructura, y por último se considera dimensiones e indicadores que abarcan las 2 variables.

The present research entitled: Financial audit and human resource management in a textile company of Gamarra-La Victoria-Lima 2020, has the general objective of knowing how the financial audit is related to the management of human resources management in a textile company of Gamarra-La Victoria-Lima 2020. The financial audit is considered as the exhaustive review and verification of the financial statements, accounts and accounting documents of a company, in order to issue a technical and professional opinion, the importance of this study is the information provided in the financial audit report includes the identification of the audited company, as well as the description of what the audit covers and the auditor's opinion. On the other hand, human resources management consists of planning, organizing and developing everything related to promoting the efficient performance of the personnel that make up a structure, and finally, dimensions and indicators that cover the 2 variables are considered.
