El uso de facturas falsas y sus efectos en la Empresa Visual Sistem S.A.C durante el año 2014

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación “EL USO DE FACTURAS FALSAS Y SUS EFECTOS EN LA EMPRESA VISUAL SISTEM SAC”, es una investigación documental que tiene como finalidad concientizar a quienes tenemos la tarea de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las actividades que la empresa realiza, respetando las normas vigentes y salvaguardando su interés económico.

Asimismo, se busca destacar cual es la importancia de conocer las sanciones y el tipo de responsabilidad que puede generar dentro de la empresa, si se incurre en la utilización de comprobantes falsos, especialmente a los involucrados de esta mala práctica.

De esta manera se realizará un análisis y, mediante una explicación práctica, cual es la implicancia que conlleva el uso de facturas falsas y sus efectos dentro de la empresa VISUAL SISTEM SAC.

The present research project "THE USE OF FALSE INVOICES AND THEIR EFFECTS IN THE VISUAL SISTEM SAC COMPANY" is a documentary research whose purpose is to raise awareness among those who have the task of ensuring the correct functioning of the activities carried out by the company, respecting the rules in force and safeguarding their economic interest.

It also seeks to highlight the importance of knowing the sanctions and the type of responsibility that can generate within the company, if they incur the use of false vouchers, especially those involved in this wrong practice.

In this way, the implication of the use of false invoices and their effects within the company VISUAL SISTEM SAC will be carried out in an analytical way and through a practical explanation.
