El sicariato en menores: responsabilidad y sanción penal, Lima 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de suficiencia tuvo como objetivo principal analizar el delito del sicariato en menores, como sus responsabilidades y sanciones penales que puedan hallarse dentro del Código Penal, por lo cual mediante una referencia tanto internacional como nacional se parte para realizar una revisión bibliográfica a investigaciones que aborden el tema en particular, de manera que puedan ser contrastadas. Por ello, se buscó una perspectiva más amplia para esclarecer las teorías y las normas que abalan este tipo de casos. Asimismo, en la investigación, se precisaron algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones tras el análisis de la información recolectada.

The main objective of this sufficiency work was to analyze the crime of contract killings in minors, as well as their responsibilities and criminal sanctions that can be found within the Penal Code, for which, through both an international and national reference, it is part to carry out a bibliographical review of investigations. that touch on the particular theme, so that they can be contrasted. For this reason, a broader perspective is sought to clarify the theories and norms that support this type of case, likewise, the investigation could be concluded with some conclusions and recommendations after the analysis of the information collected.
