Clima laboral y gestión contable en el área de contabilidad de la Empresa Herbert Salazar Cardenas, Lima 2021

Abstract

La empresa necesita saber que necesidades laborales tiene la población por ende mi presente trabajo se centra en saber cómo se logra tener a un personal con un clima laboral estable y con una gestión contable ideal , así puede brindar un servicio profesional de calidad. En mi presente trabajo tiene como objetivo es ver la relación significativa que existe entre el clima laboral en el entorno del área de contabilidad y su gestión contable de la empresa de Herbert Salazar Cárdenas con RUC: 10407020915, domicilio fiscal Cal. Los ecónomos Nº 260 Int. 301 – Urb. Las Acacias – La Molina – Lim, en el periodo 2021. El estudio de la investigación es de tipo básico, el diseño es no experimental transversal, nivel de investigación correlacional y el enfoque es cuantitativo que se realizará mediante estadística. La población total estuvo conformada por 16 trabajadores de la área, para esta encuesta se tomó una muestra piloto de 10 trabajadores; la encuesta se envió por correo mediante Formulario Google y su estructura estará conformada por preguntas de método escala likert por respuestas cerradas. El instrumento para el análisis y procesamiento de datos será Microsoft Excel.

For this survey, a pilot sample of 10 workers was taken; The survey was sent by mail using Google Form and its structure will be made up of questions using the Likert scale method for closed answers. The instrument for data analysis and processing will be Microsoft Excel.
