Gestión en Área Natural Protegida Bosque de Zárate Para Incrementar la Demanda Turística en el Distrito de San Bartolomé, Provincia De Huarochirí, Región Lima – 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo generar nuevos ingresos económicos por medio de la actividad turística en el distrito de San Bartolomé ya que, en el mismo, contamos con un Área Natural Protegida, la cual no es muy conocida en el ámbito del turismo. El Bosque de Zárate es el único bosque sobreviviente cerca de la ciudad de Lima y por ende mediante una buena gestión en dicho territorio podremos dar a conocer las cualidades y belleza que guarda este magnífico lugar. La investigación, nos ha permitido darnos cuenta de la desventaja que tiene este recurso turístico frente a otros muy cercanos a Lima, por no contar con una gestión óptima de sus recursos tanto en lo turístico como por las costumbres, tenemos un gran trabajo que hacer para empoderar al Bosque de Zárate. Buscamos de igual manera que la demanda turística incremente de a poco, aprovechando el recurso turístico que nos brinda la naturaleza y fomentar un turismo sostenible en la zona sin perjudicar a los pobladores ni a los habitantes del bosque, incentivando a la inversión pública, como también a la privada para dar lugar a nuevos empleos para los lugareños y que de esta manera generen ingresos con sus aportes.

The objective of this research is to generate new economic income through tourism activity in the district of San Bartolomé since, in it, we have a Protected Natural Area, which is not well known in the field of tourism. The Forest of Zárate is the only surviving forest near the city of Lima and therefore by means of a good management in that territory we will be able to present the qualities and beauty that this magnificent place keeps. The research has allowed us to realize the disadvantage of this tourist resource compared to others very close to Lima, for not having an optimal management of its resources both in tourism and customs, we have a great job to do to empower the Forest of Zarate. We are looking for the same way that the tourist demand increases little by little, taking advantage of the tourist resource that the nature offers us and to foment a sustainable tourism in the zone without harming the settlers neither the inhabitants of the forest, stimulating the public investment, as well as to the private one to give place to new jobs for the locals and that in this way they generate income with their contributions.
