Implementación de Un Sistema Web Para La Gestión Administrativa EN EL CENTRO DE TERAPIA FÍSICA Y REHABILITACIÓN DE LA CLÍNICA GOOD HOPE, MIRAFLORES 2018

Abstract

La implementación de un Sistema Web para la gestión administrativa en el centro de terapia física y rehabilitación fue el propósito principal de esta investigación. En la actualidad el centro de terapia física y rehabilitación, no cuenta con un sistema que pueda optimizar la gestión de los proceso de rehabilitación que se realizan en esa área , la problemática empieza en la elaboración de una orden médica , generada de forma manual y ofrece poca seguridad en cuanto a la información obtenida de los pacientes en el centro de terapia física y rehabilitación,estos procesos se pueden automatizar obteniendo un mejor forma de elaboración de orden medica desde el consultorio, asimismo se podría evitar pérdida o extravió de información del paciente. Siguiendo con la problemática la elaboración de cronograma de citas se realiza de forma manual este proceso también se pueden automatizar cambiando el proceso de realizar el cronograma de citas para los pacientes, finalmente los expedientes físicos que son utilizados para llevar el control de asistencia de los pacientes se realiza también de forma manual ya que al tener la información almacenada en físico pueden provocar pérdida de información y a consecuencia de ello genera malestar en los pacientes. Para el desarrollo del sistema web se utilizó el lenguaje unificado de maquetación (UML), a fin de modelar el proceso administrativo de la gestión de rehabilitación; a través del diagrama de caso de uso de sistema y del modelo de análisis del sistema. Esto ha permitido documentar esquemas de los módulos del software propuesto; asimismo, el lenguaje de programación en que se desarrolló el proyecto se utilizó el lenguaje de programación Java Server Page (JSP) y la Base de Datos Oracle. Finalmente, el sistema web que se desarrolló optimiza la gestión del proceso de rehabilitación, permitiendo una mejora significativa en el flujo de información que optimiza laatención de los pacientes del centro de terapia física y rehabilitación.

The implementation of a Web System for administrative management in the center of physical therapy and rehabilitation was the main purpose of this investigation. At present, the physical therapy and rehabilitation center does not have a system that can optimize the management of the rehabilitation process that takes place in that area, the problem begins in the elaboration of a medical order, generated manually and offers little security in terms of the information obtained from patients in the physical therapy and rehabilitation center, these processes can be automated obtaining a better way of preparing a medical order from the office, as well as avoiding loss or misplacement of patient information. Following with the problem the elaboration of dating schedule is done manually this process can also be automated by changing the process of making the schedule of appointments for patients, finally the physical files that are used to take control of patient care It is also done manually because having the information stored in physical can cause loss of information and as a result generates discomfort in patients.. For the development of the web system, the unified language of layout (UML) was used, in order to model the administrative process of rehabilitation management; through the system use case diagram and the system analysis model. This has allowed to document schemes of the proposed software modules; also, the programming language in which the project was developed was used the programming language Java Server Page (JSP) and the Oracle Database. Finally, the web system that was developed optimizes the management of the rehabilitation process, allowing a significant improvement in the flow of information that optimizes the care of patients at the physical therapy and rehabilitation center Clinic.
