El Sistema de Control En Las Cuentas Por Cobrar y La Liquidez En Una Empresa De Fertilizantes, Ate – 2017

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación titulado El Sistema de Control en las Cuentas por Cobrar y la Liquidez en una Empresa de Fertilizantes, Ate -2017 se planteó la problemática de la Empresa Corporación Fertilizantes S.A.C., (FERTICORP), se pudo detectar la no existencia del área de Créditos y Cobranzas y una mala segregación de funciones en sus trabajadores , contando con un solo personal de logística, es la misma persona que se encarga de las funciones de la área mencionada como despacho de mercadería, programación de citas compras, facturación ,cobranzas entre otras funciones, no daban seguimientos a las cuentas por cobrar por lo mismo que la cartera de clientes es muy alta su nivel de adeudó hacia la empresa , y estas cuentas son solamente cobradas cuando gerencia lo solicita, y requiere efectivo para comprar mercaderías o pagar sus obligaciones. Esto conlleva a recomendar, la creación del área de Créditos y Cobranzas, poder implementar un sistema contable que le permita llevar el control de todas las cuentas por cobrar, generación de reportes por clientes, por fechas de vencimiento, y darle una minucioso seguimiento, haciendo llamadas telefónicas, enviando mensajes al correo electrónico, para hacer el recordatorio que tienen facturas pendientes por pagar , antes del vencimiento del plazo, si la empresa requiere liquidez lo más antes posible se solicita al cliente un descuento de pronto pago por las facturas que están pendientes haciéndoles un descuento de 1.45% del monto que adeudan a la empresa.

This entails recommending the creation of the Credit and Collections area, being able to implement an accounting system that allows it to keep track of all accounts receivable, generating reports by customers, by due dates, and giving a thorough follow-up, making telephone calls, sending messages to the email, to make the reminder that they have outstanding invoices to pay, before the expiration of the term, if the company requires liquidity as soon as possible the customer is asked for a discount of prompt payment for the invoices that are pending making them a discount of 1.45% of the amount they owe to the company.
