Análisis financiero y toma de decisiones del Centro Especializado en Tratamiento de Terapias Integrales - Cetti Aleyo de Independencia en el año 2018

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es examinar los estados financieros del mismo modo que los ratios financieros con el fin de tomar una adecuada decision financiera en el Centro Especializado en Tratamiento de Terapias Integrales – Cetti Aleyo durante el periodo 2018 pueda surgir, determinando políticas con el fin de una correcta toma de decisiones, mediante tácticas, procedimientos y metodologías a fin de que ayuden a corregir así como reducir situaciones negativas que se estén produciendo , a pesar de ello es ineficiente la aplicación de este instrumento del análisis financiera que ha causado que afecte a la liquidez del Centro. La investigación aplica una metodología descriptiva, con un enfoque cuantitativo, puesto que se recopilará información en el Centro Especializado en Tratamiento de Terapias Integrales – Cetti Aleyo. La técnica utilizada en la investigación será la encuesta el cual nos facilitará lograr una indagación transparente y minuciosa. Como conclusión el Centro Especializado en Tratamiento de Terapias Integrales – Cetti Aleyo no tiene una estructura concreta el cual le posibilitara conservar una ordenanza sobre los movimientos ejecutadas diariamente, adicionalmente necesita de manuales acerca del control interno y estrategias convenientemente, por lo cual no ha permitido el progreso esperado por los dueños, así como las metas establecidas.

The objective of this study is to examine the financial statements in the same way that the financial ratios in order to make an adequate financial decision in the Center Specialized in Treatment of Integral Therapies - Cetti Aleyo during the period 2018 may arise, determining policies in order of a correct decision making, through tactics, procedures and methodologies in order to help correct as well as reduce negative situations that are occurring, despite this the application of this instrument of financial analysis that has caused it to affect the liquidity of the Center. The research applies a descriptive methodology, with a quantitative approach, since information will be collected at the Center for the Treatment of Integral Therapies - Cetti Aleyo. The technique used in the investigation will be the survey which will facilitate us to achieve a transparent and thorough inquiry. In conclusion, the Specialized Center for the Treatment of Integral Therapies - Cetti Aleyo does not have a specific structure which will allow it to keep an ordinance on the movements executed daily, additionally it needs manuals about internal control and strategies conveniently, so it has not allowed the Progress expected by the owners, as well as the established goals.
