Implementación del control de inventarios y la rentabilidad en la empresa Divesur Chincha E.I.R.L. Santa Anita - Lima 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación: Implementación del Control de Inventarios y la Rentabilidad de la empresa DIVESUR CHINCHA E.I.R.L Santa Anita Lima-Perú. Tiene como objetivo: determinar en qué medida la implementación del control de existencias influye para optimización de la rentabilidad en la empresa DIVESUR CHINCHA E.I.R.L, 2019. El enfoque de investigación es cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, diseñó de investigación no experimental, descriptivo y transeccional. Técnica de investigación la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. La población y/o muestra conformada por 10 personas. La investigación concluye: se determinó que la implementación del control de inventarios influye en la optimización de la rentabilidad en la empresa DIVESUR CHINCHA E.I.R.L, 2019, debido a que una gestión adecuada de los inventarios hace que la empresa cumpla con sus objetivos y metas trazadas en cuanto a su rentabilidad. El uso correcto del kardex valorizado permite la aplicación de los indicadores de rentabilidad en la empresa, así como, el software de inventario permite ordenar la clasificación de los insumos y/o materiales mejorando el rendimiento financiero de la empresa.

The present research: Implementation of inventory control and profitability of the company DIVESUR CHINCHA E.I.R.L Santa Anita Lima-Peru. It aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of inventory control influences the company DIVESUR CHINCHA E.I.R.L, 2019 for profitability optimization. The research approach is quantitative, descriptive type, designed non-experimental, descriptive and transeccional research. Research technique the survey and the instrument the questionnaire. The population and/or sample consists of 10 people. The research concludes: it was determined that the implementation of inventory control influences the optimization of profitability in the company DIVESUR CHINCHA E.I.R.L, 2019, because an adequate management of inventories makes the company meet its objectives and goals plotted in terms of its profitability. The correct use of the valued kardex allows the application of the profitability indicators in the company, as well as, the inventory software allows to order the classification of the inputs and / or materials improving the financial performance of the company
