El control, una herramienta efectiva que dentro de todas sus bondades permite llevar a cabo un dominio integral de una institución; esta herramienta debe tomar mucha preponderancia sobretodo en instituciones emprendedoras que avizoran índices de crecimiento sostenido y que proyectan un futuro prometedor, ni que decir de las mega corporaciones; es el caso de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito en adelante COOPAC, que se encuentra en el 4to. lugar del ranking nacional de cooperativas, pero sin embargo, queda demostrado que esa posición dista mucho de una COOPAC que se caracterice por una eficiente gestión; y me refiero puntualmente a las deficiencias detectadas en el control integral de la cartera de clientes, esta deficiencia proviene desde las entrañas de la gestión, sintomáticamente, tiene efectos que pueden acrecentar otras deficiencias colindantes y que trajo consigo resultados desalentadores en la información financiera, resultados integrales y patrimoniales que inquietan a nuestros clientes; la investigación consistió en detectar aquellas falencias que colindan y coadyuvan a deteriorar el control de la cartera de clientes; la información fue recopilado de vivencias personales en el papel de uno de nuestros integrantes como Analista de Auditoría de la institución en mención dando énfasis también en la información financiera publicada en la FENACREP, sobre los resultados apuntamos a propuestas más drásticas y de carácter obligatorio que incidirán en el perfil del colaborador, la modernización de los sistemas de información que impiden una óptima gestión de la cartera de clientes, el trato personalizado a los clientes, campañas y productos accesibles pero menos tolerantes y un llamado de atención a los entes rectores de la institución por la sutileza con que desembolsan inescrupulosamente sin considerar el riesgo de la transacción o mucho peor la opinión del Gerente de Riesgos.
Control, an effective tool that within all its benefits allows to carry out an integral domain of an institution; this tool must take a lot of preponderance especially in enterprising institutions that envisage sustained growth rates and that project a promising future, not to mention the mega corporations; is the case of the Cooperative of Savings and Credit in future COOPAC, which is in the 4th. place of the national ranking of cooperatives, but nevertheless, it is demonstrated that this position is far from a COOPAC that is characterized by an efficient management; and I refer punctually to the deficiencies detected in the integral control of the client portfolio, this deficiency comes from the bowels of the management, has symptomatically effects that can increase other adjoining deficiencies and that brought with it disappointing results in the financial information, results integral and patrimonial that disturb our clients; the investigation consisted in detecting those shortcomings that border and contribute to deteriorate the control of the client portfolio; the information was collected from personal experiences in the role of one of our members as Audit Analyst of the institution in mention also emphasizing the financial information published in the FENACREP, on the results point to more drastic and mandatory proposals that will affect in the profile of the collaborator, the modernization of information systems that prevent an optimal management of the client portfolio, personalized treatment of clients, campaigns and accessible but less tolerant products and a call to attention to the institution's governing bodies for the subtlety with which they disburse unscrupulously without considering the risk of the transaction or much worse the opinion of the Manager of Risks.
