The main purpose of this research work is to formalize the micro and small companies in the United Vendors market in the Breña district by generating competitiveness and compliance with legal regulations that may be applicable depending on the alternative they choose to start the process. of its insertion to the law; doing so will allow them to be recognized as income generating entities before the financial system, thereby generating the necessary capital for their development and simultaneously generating revenue for the State through compliance with tax obligations.
At one extreme we see large formal (private and state) companies that have been born with import substitution or are transnational that come with the opening of the economy; and at the other extreme we see a group of micro-enterprises, most of them informal, that barely survive and whose drivers and workers swell the ranks of underemployment and poverty. In the middle, and unlike the business structure observed in developed countries, there are very few medium and small companies that are the ones that give consistency and density to inter-company relations.
That is why we propose the formalization of the MYPE's that make up the Suppliers United market of the Breña district so that they can develop and in turn boost the Peruvian economy that depends to a large extent on them, as well as promote the development of society and its inhabitants through the generation of formal employment and improvement in the quality of life of those who comprise it; in other words, the generation of competitiveness, starting with growth thanks to the greater business friction with large corporations, which is what we propose to adopt the State as the main incentive measure
