Arrendamiento financiero y gestión financiera en la empresa Inversiones Octano S.A. Lima - 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación: Arrendamiento Financiero y Gestión Financiera en la empresa Inversiones Octano S.A. lima – 2018, tuvo como objetivo: determinar cómo, el arrendamiento financiero se relaciona con la gestión financiera de la empresa Inversiones Octano S.A. en el ejercicio 2018. La investigación realizada es de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transeccional o transversal, de tipo descriptivo correlacional. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario que consta de ítems formulados en la operacionalización de variables. Los resultados con respecto al estudio es que el arrendamiento financiero realmente optimiza la gestión financiera y por ende existe una relación significativa entre las dos dimensiones.

The present research: Leasing Financiero and Financial Management in the company Inversiones Octano S.A. lima – 2018, had the objective: to determine how, the financial lease relates to the financial management of the company Inversiones Octano S.A. 2018. The research carried out is quantitative approach, non-experimental design, transectional or transversal cut, of a correlational descriptive type. The technique used was the survey with its instrument the questionnaire consisting of items formulated in the operationalization of variables. The results with respect to the study is that leasing actually optimizes financial management and therefore there is a significant relationship between the two dimensions.
