Tecnología Rfid Radio Frecuencia y Gestión de Almacenes En LA EMPRESA SUPERMERCADOS PERUANOS – PLAZA VEA, PUENTE PIEDRA 2016

Abstract

Mediante los constantes resultados negativos en las gestiones de almacenes en Supermercados Peruanos, Plaza vea puente piedra, fue el motivo para centrar nuestra investigación y nos decidimos a implementar un plan piloto para dar a conocer el movimiento de los materiales entre almacenes y sincerar los stocks físicos y sistemáticos. Durante esta investigación pudimos ver que era necesario implantar la TECNOLOGIA FIRD, para mejorar la productividad de los colaboradores, en el control de inventarios, ingresos, salidas de mercancías. El trabajo de averiguación comprende el análisis de las variables: la implementación de radio frecuencia y la gestión de almacenes en la compañía Supermercados Peruanos S.A. Plaza Vea de Puente Piedra con RUC Nº 20100070970, ubicado en Panamericana Norte Km 62, Distrito de Puente Piedra, provincia y Departamento de Lima, cuya actividad económica es la de supermercados y retail industrial, representante por el señor Jonatán Chigne en calidad de Gerente de tienda y Representante Legal. Nuestro objetivo es la implementación del software con radio frecuencia que permitirá, el levantamiento de las observaciones y no conformidades de la gestión de almacenes, por una sistema de mejora continua para beneficio de la empresa y de los trabajadores en general, quienes son los encargados de aplicar dichos sistemas y hacerlos funcionar de manera adecuada a las exigencias de los mercados y la competencia en este tipo de negocios de la cual, siempre se debe estar a la vanguardia de los cambios para que la mejora sea permanente y de gestión sostenible. Dicho trabajo permitió dar claramente nuestra recomendaciones para el control de productos top que por sus precios elevados requerían de un monitoreo contante en sus movimientos de stocks. También cabe reconocer a sus equipos de colaboradores que siempre estuvieron prestos a colaborar.

The investigation work includes the analysis of the variables: the implementation of radio frequency and the management of warehouses in the company Supermercados Peruanos S.A. Plaza Vea of Puente Piedra with RUC Nº 20100070970, located in Panamericana Norte Km 62, District of Puente Piedra, province and Department of Lima, whose economic activity is that of supermarkets and industrial retail, represented by Mr. Jonathan Chigne as Manager of Store and Legal Representative. Our goal is the implementation of software with radio frequency that will allow the removal of observations and nonconformities of warehouse management, by a system of continuous improvement for the benefit of the company and the workers in general, who are in charge of apply these systems and make them work in an appropriate way to the demands of the markets and competition in this type of business, which should always be at the forefront of changes so that the improvement is permanent and sustainable management. This work made it possible to clearly give our recommendations for the control of top products that, due to their high prices, required constant monitoring of their stock movements. It is also worth recognizing their teams of collaborators who were always ready to collaborate.
