La presente investigación se centra en la empresa ACCESS CONSULTING ARQUITECTURA FINANCIERA SAC, el problema de esta entidad es que no cuenta con suficiente liquidez para cubrir sus obligaciones con los proveedores, tributarias, financieras y los sueldos del personal.
Este problema se da porque el gerente general no lleva una buena gestión en las ventas, no realiza marketing para captar cliente, y si realiza una venta, el ingreso que obtiene no lo utiliza para cubrir las obligaciones, sino para sus temas personales.
Y se ve obligado a solicitar préstamos de las entidades financieras, generando más obligaciones por pagar. A raíz de este problema, la solución que se plantea es que la entidad tenga más ventas, y para eso debe tener un mejor marketing, estrategias promocionales para captar más clientes e incrementar las ventas.
En conclusión del trabajo de investigación, indicamos que si una empresa no vende no existe. Por tal motivo se dio recomendaciones y soluciones.
